When you reach out to us or sign up for Groomcation, we may collect your name, email, phone, and city, state or country. We also receive details you share in forms — including Facebook and Instagram lead forms — such as whether you're a professional groomer and which room tier interests you.

If you message us through Messenger, Instagram, email, text or right here on the site, we keep those messages so we can help you. When you purchase a ticket, reserve a room or set up a payment plan, we collect those details; payments are processed by Square, and we never store your full card numbers.

To plan the event itself, you may choose to share dietary needs, roommate preferences, travel details and emergency contacts. We also automatically collect device and browser information, your IP address, the pages you visit, cookies, and the Meta Pixel, which helps us measure ad performance.

We use your information to answer your questions and send the event details you asked for, process your tickets, deposits and payment plans, and plan and run the event — from rooms and meals to classes and activities.

We'll also send you updates and marketing you're welcome to unsubscribe from at any time, improve our site and our ads, and meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we rely on — hosting, Square for payments, email and text tools, the event venue and our vendors — as needed to run the event, with ad platforms like Meta for measurement, and with authorities when legally required.

Our events may be photographed and filmed for marketing. If you'd prefer not to be featured, just tell us at check-in or send us an email.

You can unsubscribe from our emails using the unsubscribe link or reply STOP to our texts. You can manage cookies in your browser and adjust your ad preferences in Facebook and Instagram.

If you're a California resident, you can request to know, correct or delete your information, and you can opt out of the sale or sharing of your info for targeted ads — with no discrimination.
